We take
your health and well being seriously, as in previous blog we detailed about
fruits to eat in monsoon (fruits for monsoon) while this space we will use for healthy habits
which will help us cheat Heart Attack
a)
Physical Activities: Gentle walk extending upto
150 Min a week or if its jog and run then half of the above-mentioned time a
week
b)
Healthy Weight: Your heart tends to get angry
on you if you disturbs your BMI (BMI busygalaxies coming product) in short
if you increase your weight too much
c)
Stress: Though do not seems directly linked to
heart attack, but the cascading situation which arises from stress does cause
disturbance to normal functioning of our heart

Stress increases blood pressure, which puts
your heart to heavy operational affect

And stress leads people to over eat, drinks
alcohol, smokes and sedatives which majorly affects normal heart conditions
d)
Diabetes: Keep sugar intake in check, because
excess of sugar and reduced functioning of insulin can create diabetic
conditions, as the condition of diabetes can cause resulting due to high blood
sugar affects the nerves and vessels which adversely affects the normal functioning
of heart
e)
Sufficient sleep: around 8-9 hours a day otherwise
disrupting the normal body functioning it affects the normal functioning of
heart and it causes diabetes and stress full conditions
